We calculate the compensation amount based on the weight of the goods, not their value. The maximum compensation amount per pound of cargo is $0.6. For example, if you have a table weighing 100 pounds, regardless of the repair cost, the compensation amount will be 100 pounds x $0.6 = $60<\/span><\/p>\n

We have $2 million in commercial general liability insurance and workers\u2019 compensation insurance (WCB) for all our moving personnel. Our movers will make every effort to ensure the safety of your belongings and property during the moving process. However, surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings are not covered by insurance, as it is often difficult to distinguish new scratches from existing ones. In the rare event that our movers need to navigate large items through narrow stairs or hallways, resulting in wall scratches, we can assist you with filling and sanding the walls (if the homeowner provides touch-up paint, we can also help with painting).<\/span><\/p>\n
